□      □  Are you chasing the same deals as your competition? If you want to besuccessful, you must find deals that your competition doesn’t know about.

□      □  Are you using the same strategies as your competition? If you’re trying to buy the same wholesale deal at 50 cents on the dollar as your competition, you’re going to be driving up prices and losing deals to the CASH RICH Investors that can pay more than you. You must use new techniques to buy propertiesdifferently that all the wholesalers and rehabbers in your market.Wholesaling is old news! Most of those deals are all gone!

□      □  Are you still trying to sell all your wholesale deals to cash buyers? This is an old outdated strategy. In today’s market, you need to be selling your properties to buyers other than cash buyers.

□      □  Are you struggling to find private lenders?It’s ok to use private money for some deals. However you need to have other strategies that allow you to acquire properties without paying cash for them.

□      □  If you’re a rehabber, are you having challenges finding and keeping good contractors you can rely on?At times, you’ll find a juicy deal you should do a full rehab on for a big payday. However you should not structure 100% of your deals as costly, time-consuming rehabs.

□      □  Is your education and knowledge limited? Successful investors invest time andmoney into their education to stay up to date on what strategies are working best in the current market. I provide that cutting edge training and resources for the people I mentor.
